    HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

    Order Accuracy

    • Please double-check item descriptions, including size, color, and specifications, before placing your order.
    • Ensure your shipping information is entered accurately.
    • Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.

    Sizing Guidance
    Designers and brands vary in sizing, and we provide specific size information whenever possible. Accurate sizing selection helps minimize returns.

     

     

    Return Eligibility

    • Items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include handmade items or products with natural material variations.
    • Returns for items ordered and sent to an incorrect address due to customer error are not accepted.
    • Items returned must be in original condition—unworn, unaltered, tag intact, and free of stains, odors, or excess pet hair.

    Damaged Items
    If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will process your return or replacement.

    Return Process

    1. Submit a return request here within 30 days of delivery, except for damaged items as referenced above.
    2. Await return instructions, including your RMA number.
    3. Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving the RMA.
    4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit and will not process a return or refund without receipt of the item(s).

    Processing & Fees

    • Returns are processed within 3–7 business days of receipt. If credit is not issued within 10 days, contact us for assistance.
    • A restocking fee may apply, depending on the item or vendor. You’ll be informed before completing the return process.

    Exchanges
    We are unable to guarantee exchanges due to inventory fluctuations. Place a new order for the desired item after requesting a return for the original purchase. If a coupon was used on your initial order, contact us for a courtesy discount code for the replacement purchase.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Items marked "non-returnable" in the product description.
    • Used feeding or bedding items, including bedding, carriers, feeders, bowls, etc. for health and safety reasons.

    Order Changes & Cancellations
    Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may be limited. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance, preferably before completing the checkout process.
